John Trinkl has been with War Times since its early days when it was a print publication, helping mainly with distribution.
He is involved in progressive political action in San Francisco and at a community school in the Mission. He also works
with environmental and land use groups in California's Sierra mountains. Before coming to the Bay Area he was a writer and editor for the Guardian Newsweekly in New York City.
